I called Elite to find out about getting a tattoo and the woman who answered the phone was very rude. She made me feel like it was an inconvenience to do a simple task like give a potential customer some very simple information. Finally got in touch with one of the artists, who after requesting all my info about the tattoo, just never got back to me. He said he'd respond the following day and it's been 3 weeks and still nothing.... I understand this place is busy, but it takes less than 5 minutes to respond to a customer and inform them of what's up. This place completely lacks courtesy and doesn't even bother to give potential customers the time of day. They don't have the time to give me the time of day, therefore I don't have the time to give them my money :)

The artists that they have here are absolutely amazing at what they do. Even the guest artists do the best work here! They really value quality and they are here to ensure that you have the best tattoo or piercing experience ever. They really do take the time to figure out what you want done and they do their best to pair you with someone whose style will be the best fit. I can't wait to come back again!

I've gotten countless piercings done here and they were all handled with care and professionalism. But today I got a tattoo done by the one and only Dani. I've had 3 tattoos done by 3 other shops, and they all have flaws, not this one though. I've never been so happy with a tattoo. Dani is so entertaining, funny, and respectful. I very easily have chosen a new favorite tattoo artist. Im so grateful.
