Well let's see here, son and I went to Outback steak house enjoyed the meal, the strange thing I had ever seen happen was the fact the place was not busy, but yet they had a problem seating us, do to the fact the wait staff may not want to take a 7:45 p.m table. Okay the! Finally got seated in a booth, placed our order. Requested no brown sugar on sweet potatoes, but got it any way, son need mor ketchup for his fries, waitress never returned to table until meal was almost done eating.
Usually love outback but the waiting time was long. Our waitress looked confused and when we asked if we were getting drinks, she looked at us as if we were crazy. Only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the food tasted good and she was nice. Very disappointed Outback.
Food was good service was excellent... We let them know that one of kids had a seafood allergy and they originally told us that all there oil goes through one main filter system and that they couldn't guarantee it would be contaminated by any seafood n that he would have to pick another dish that's not fried. So he started to look through the menu and out comes the manager to tell us that they went and got fresh oil and cooked and cooked all his food separately on the stove instead of in the deep fryer. Now that's what I call customer service. Definitely will be coming back here again
Went here for a late lunch. Around 230pm no one was in here. It was nice got everything super quick because it's a slow time. Got the steak and unlimited shrimp. I would go back and order it again it was very good. As well as the sweet patatoe with brown sugar and butter was like it's own desert. Very pleased
I don't eat meat but was able to order a salad, soup, and side of broccoli, and all of my items were delicious. My boyfriend ordered a lot of meat and he loved his order as well. The service was great. The appetizers were hot and fresh as they should be. I have no complaints and would go back. I wish they had more choices for people who don't eat meat, but that is the chain's issue.
