This company creates fake social media accounts of their customers pretending to be them out of anger because they can't handle an honest review. Honesty is the best policy. Creating pretend 5 star reviews won't get you any business.
Contracted Tommy's company to install a dry well and replace the liner. Tommy provided us all our options and kept us informed throughout the process. When there was a delay, I really appreciated his call in advance to coordinate the delay along with when work would commence. Even with a short delay, he still met his initial timeline estimate for completion. Overall, I am very satisfied with his work and work ethic, and recommend Tommy for future business.
Will post the same here as we did on Facebook...After hearing about the horribly incomplete and inadequate job you did for a friend of ours, we would never allow you to do any work for us even if all of your other reviews were excellent. But after seeing the FAKE Facebook account that you set up in her name to try to renege on her post complaining about your shoddy work ... REALLY?!?!?
This is not how good businesses handle complaints!
