I have used them for loans on three occasions. I have never had a single problem with them. As long as you PAY YOUR BILL ON TIME, you shouldn't have any issues. Their website to make a payment isn't that great, so I just call them and pay the bill over the phone. Problem solved!
Sure they'll give you a loan, but you have to keep on them for paperwork. "All we need is your most recent paystub". Three days later when you get that paystub..."we just need verification of employment. They didn't need that three days ago?
the worst loan company i have had. the website never works i can never access my account no matter how many times i have contacted support their hours dont work for me since i work most of the time so i can never contact them , nothing ever works! forgot your password? oh well you can never change it cause apparently that doesn't work either! once my loan is paid i am never using this company again! i would give this negative stars if i could.
I was not given any consideration while applying at one of the pet stores they advertise "flexible and convenient financing" then the sales clerk came out to inform us we were not approved in a very public way.. don't for a second think this company or the retailers will treat you with any respect..
