Horrible customer service. I called to find out how late they were open on christmas eve. The first time i called somebody picked up and hung up on me. The 2nd time the same happened. The 3rd time they left the phone off the hook because the phone was busy. Ok, i understand if youre trying to go home for the night but have some damn customer service and just say, "sorry we're closed for the night." Not too difficult. Wont ever be spending my money there again. Good way to drive customers away and affects customer retention. Smh
The Piggly Wiggly is kind of an older grocery store. The building is a bit dated. The staff is very nice! Prices are generally Fair. Sometimes you can get a really good deal here. Not a bad place to shop. One of the few local grocery stores left.
