I had been looking for a good salon in the area for awhile and thankfully saw a post online from Amy. I'm so glad I did! She is not only an amazing hairstylist but made me feel so welcome here!! It's the cutest salon and I never leave unhappy!! Hands down one of best things that's happened to me since moving here!
So I had to come back and edit my review. I recently saw Amy maybe 2-3 weeks ago for a dark brown to light balayage. I usually get my hair done at a salon near new york city so I had high expectations. After she was done, I wasn't too happy about the color. The toner washed out and it looked super brassy. I rated the salon 2 stars and Amy personally reached out to me on how she could help. This never happens where a salon reaches out to the customer to better their experience. Well, Amy redid my hair free of charge and it came out GREAT! She was super sweet and professional. great customer service. highly recommend
Amy is absolutely amazing!! She listens to what I want to do and nails it every time! She is also very pleasant and professional. I have always been pleased with my hair cuts and coloring. She is so friendly and makes you feel welcome. I always enjoy my appointments and have never left disappointed. I strongly recommend her to all the people I know! Thanks for all you do Amy!!
