I bet you're thinking I'm walking out with my Muffler, Right?
The Service Tech Mr. Dempsey Greatly Apologized for my multiple trips out there and knocked a Huge percentage off the cost of the part. Never once did he pass the blame. He took full responsibility, and offered a solution. He took down my number and personally delivered the part to my home. He did so off the clock and with his own time, in his own vehicle. He also gave me his card and said if there is ever an issue in the future call him personally.
Nope! Thanksgiving jacked up the shipping schedule so I arrived 45 minutes before the Fabled Muffler.
I got off work Monday afternoon and headed over to Quality Equipment, LLC to Hopefully pick my muffler up this time. I pulled into the parking lot around 4pm, and confidently walk in like Indiana Jones to pick up the Holy Grail that is this Mythical Muffler. Jones had a Whip, but I was armed with just a Credit Card.
Well, it turns out that my particular model has 2 different mufflers, and the one I needed wasn't in. The Service Tech apologized and said that he would need to order the part. It should have been delivered by 5pm Friday.
Right about now your asking yourself, "Why did this guy give this place 5 stars?! It sounds like it's the worst experience EVER!!"
Saturday, around 1pm, I pulled into the parking lot only to find out they closed at Noon. So, trip #2, another waste of time and Gas.
Last week, right before Thanksgiving, the muffler of my John Deere lawnmower broke where the manifold meets the converter. I called them to see if they had the part. They told me they did so I drove all the way from Beulaville to Jacksonville to pick it up.
I cleared my throat and announced, "I'm here to pick up my Muffler."
I am 36 years old and have NEVER experienced this kind of customer Service. He is Huge Credit to his Company and the product in General. Before this purchase I was indifferent when it came to John Deere, and their Products in General. After this Purchase I will always be a loyal Customer.
Hang on!! It gets better.
(This is the Good Part)
I drove to this store to purchase a Stihl weed eater, selected the cheaper varient, and the gentleman there observed my tall stature and asked if I would rather purchase the longer one, I agreed and he even brought some of the price down and said " I like to take care of my customers", I then asked the other gentleman about the oil filter and oil type my Deere lawn mower took, and he responed like he actually genuinely cared, and without that snarky hurry up and get out attitude. I have NEVER in my entire life experienced such great customer service. I will definately be telling everyone I know about this store.
