I don't know about this place. When it first opened it was amazing. Now it kinda of has a weird wet smell through the building. The people are still nice though. The sound was a little to loud on the movie I watched but otherwise okay. Not as packed as the Patriot, so that's a plus.+
This place has really disappointed me since AMC took over from Regal. They jacked up their prices, took away the Stimulus Tuesday (which was great for a single mom to bring her kid to the movies), and all my Regal Rewards points that they promised would roll over to their rewards were lost. In fact, their program, if you want a decent program, costs $15 a year! The service and people are the same, the prices and policies have gone majorly downhill. Thanks, AMC for showing us it's all about squeezing every last cent out of a person.
I was here a few nights ago watching the 630 showing for Annabelle. While during the movie a group of very disrespectful and disruptive teens came in they started making comments, jokes and cussing throughout the start of the movie (and even during previews) the last straw was when a scary part happened and one kid decided to jump up out of his seat belligerently and bump my friends seat so hard she jolted forward. At this point knowing they were not going to calm down I notified someone. They said they would send someone to take care of it. The employee walked in to the theatre and now these kids are dead quite so of course he didn't know who they were. I followed him out and let him know which ones were making a fuss, then got into a screaming match with one of these CHILDREN INFRONT of the employee who let it happen and then he just walked out of the theatre not doing anything about these kids. So instead of being disrespected and not being able to enjoy the movie I PAID FOR, I'm the one who left because the employees refused to do there job. I will not be going back here this is the worst theatre with the worst hospitality ever.
Movie was great! Volume was too low, even after asking them to raise it. 3D screen had a large smudge streaking across the middle that really stood out during bright scenes
If I could give this theatre 0 stars I would. They have this stupid policy that made me and my sister not be able to watch the movie because we didnt have a guardian with us, and we were so excited! Long story short, never going back here again!
