Very unprofessional. It starts with the chief. The lack of leadership shows, but I blame the city manager for allowing it to happen. Wake up Jacksonville!!!!!!
Numerous times have I seen Jacksonville Police cruisers speeding in neighborhoods without lights or sirens, blowing pass stop signs, and most of them always have a cell phone to their ear. The Chief of Police needs to have a talk with his officers about, leading the community by example, instead of by authority.
