They mess my order up often and forget extra pickles and onion but the subs are amazing
I've only been 3 times ever, but the food is good.
Ordered 3 subs online today and they were great as usual. The new Firehouse Subs looks great inside and the employees were on point!
Waited for 20 minutes and still no food. 2 customers who order after me received their orders before me. When asking the employees what was taking so long, I was informed that "they were waiting on the meat to come out of the steamer."
You step in and there's no cooking yoga mat smell. The staff are super nice and the sandwich options are quite mouth watering. Not really a place for a vegetarian but these man size sandwiches even attract their namesake as I was leaving. The company also contributes to firemen, so eat for a cause.
Whenever something opens along Western it's a big guessing game as to what it will be. I was surprised when they unveiled it as a Firehouse subs. But it is actually a great little sandwich shop.
When we finally received the order, not only was the sandwich cold, it was wrong.
I suppose they left out the part where they had to go out back to cut the meat off the bone and then cook it.
Not a very pleasurable experience at a fast food restaurant.
