I loved licing here but when we applied i was approved but my husband wasnt and they expected us to live apart if not i would be evicted.. So we chose not to move there..
I have called this place 3 times today! All I get is an answering machine.. how do they expect to rent to anyone if nobody can even pick up the damn phone??? I'll be looking elsewhere. Sorry Holiday City :(
I loved living here, they went out there way to help me in most my needs. The office staff are really nice, unless there cranky then that can be a different story. But we're all human and have our bad days. It is a really nice and convenient place to live. Then cons would be the loitering by children. I deffinently would recommend anyone to move into the "mobile home community" don't say trailer park they get defensive haha.
