Some of the teachers are booshi but this school is great. This is my 2nd year I'm in 7th grade and all my teachers but my core 2 is lit. But it's lit especially the last day of school. And Mr Ehman is a good principal. Mr. Foust and Mrs longo are lit to.
So, I'm currently a student in 8th grade here. I've been here for all 3 years so I'm not sure how good/bad other middle schools around here are, but my experience at this school wasn't too bad. It's just the school does NOT do a good job of hiring good teachers. I've had 3-4 teachers so far that are not up to what is expected and needed, to be able to teach. I understand it's hard to teach an entire classroom of middle schoolers, but jesus christ, do a better job. I nearly failed 7th grade because I had one teacher (and I was on the two man team, so she covered 2 subjects), who was so, so bad. She would completely ignore students, lie about grades and lie about whatever work she was given, and make absolutely no sense whatsoever. I talked to many teachers and staff about her, trying to be heard but I was shut down every time. Only one teacher (shout out to her), Miss Burns actually listened to me. She's probably one of the absolute best teachers at the school. She listens to the students, teaches extremely well, respects everyone, etc. She's probably everyone's favorite teacher. Anyways, the school itself needs a lot of improving. Hire better teachers, get people who will actually listen to students, and there you go :) so yeah. thanks.
I'm giving JCMS 5 stars because it's a great school. All the bad reviews are not accurate. Most of the kids are great but some can be worked on. Other than that, the school is awesome and I would recommend it for sure.
Oh my god people really don't like this school, some of you may know me, i am Caden. The school in my opinion can really be nerve wracking but people there can be really nice. So all of you who are saying its hell and all how bout next time come up with something accurate and factual and btw, if you don't like the school why don't ask your parents to send you somewhere else cause I know most of you and you act like the school is heaven in reality.
This is my 2nd year at JCMS i am in the 7th grade, i have had soo many good and soooo many bad memories. I got my 1st girlfriend here, i lost my bestfriend. But the reason i dont like the school is the teachers, i have possibly the worst teacher her name is Mrs.Hendricks, almost no one has good grades in her class and she lies to parents about the kids she hates and she NEVER listens to what her students have to say, she wont even let us get up to help people, the reason i gave 5 stars is because their are sooooo many good people such as my boo. But the school needs to improve on hiring teachers (GOOD ONES)
