My kids played with a child's toy got yelled as I was trying to tell my kids to stop. I wasn't letting them run around all crazy. No excuse for the way the owner acted the cashiers were nice and helpful. But if got kids I wouldn't taken them in there. Owner is a super grumpy lady. No customer service skills from her what so ever.
Nice little family-owned store from what I learned while in there this past week. The employees I have met in the past couple times I have visited, majority seem to be very nice & friendly. One employee has helped me EXTREMELY well every time I have visited! She is very kind, friendly, & helpful, not to mention fun to converse with. Another employee on the other hand, always seems to be more focused on flirting with the young military that are trying to shop rather than actually delivering quality customer service. Not to mention she had quite a potty mouth around my fiancé & son the last time, which was their first time in the store. I am former military; foul language is normal to me, but for a retail & customer service business, especially around some categories of customers, that was very unsatisfying for me. Prices also seem to be a little high as I have compared to other places with the same products. Unfortunately, I will not return to shop again unless it's a last resort, or just to visit the manager & my other favorite employee..
I've been an avid customer of this store for roughly three years. And I've had nothing less than amazing experiences every time. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. They will help in any way that they possible can. I would quickly recommend this store to any friend of mine!
Good experience! Staff is super helpful and make you feel comfortable and at home. They make you feel less like a customer and more like a guest.
Was intially really excited when I heard about this store, heard mostly good things. I was really disappointed with how small the selection was and how high the prices were. I didn't appreciate the customer service either. The employees paid attention to me, but not in a way that I felt was appropriate. It felt awkward and as if I was being flirted with instead of assisted with my potential purchase. It felt inappropriate enough that I was thankful my wife and son were not present at the time. The young lady also got a little rude with me when I asked about a military discount. She said there was none but it was military owned. Her attitude went from flirtatious to rude and I didn't appreciate her constant cursing either. Not a good experience and I won't be returning. I'd expect more out of a store that is small family type owned and serving customers in a military town. Thankfully a friend told me about another boot store down the street that has a bigger selection and I found the same pair of boots I had already tried on at the store in the mall for more than $80 cheaper and the sales staff there was fantastic.
