Always busy. Variety of shops are changing - probably due to the needs and wants of the economy. "Big Box" chains seem to do better then the "Mom & Pop" type of establishments. Although the kiosks do offer an assortment of choices.
It had the basics but if you are used to having a really nice mall like the malls we have in Raleigh, this mall does not provide many shopping options. I expected a little more variety and size to a mall that is in such beautiful tourist area as Jacksonville, NC.
This is not a very good mall. Most of the security here suffers from little man syndrome. They could do so much more with what the have if the owner would just walk around and look. The best thing about this mall is the pretzel place who always keeps the pretzels hot and fresh. The restrooms always smell funny. And after you have e been in a store once you have no need to go back unless something breaks or you loose something you bought there.
Crowded but easy to get around. I always stop at the Pretzel Twister to get the best fresh pretzels. It has a buckle, Victoria secret, ULTA, Sephora, Forever 21, Barnes & Noble, American Eagle, Tilly, & a few other stores. We always drive from New Bern to get in a little bit of shopping. Not bad for a 30 minute drive.
The Jacksonville mall is a nice shopping place. It is small, but you will find most things you need there. Dinning is going with several places to choose from. Barns and nobles, and the 2 Starbucks are visitor favorites
