Best experience ever!!! I am a very picky and detailed person when it comes to planning a trip. Deborah helped me plan our 20th Anniversary. We wanted it to be special and memorable. The entire process was so wonderful. She was very patient and was always available to answer all of my question. I kept trying to add things to our trip based off what others said, but Deborah was always there giving me the right advice. She could've allowed me to spend more money, but she looked out for our best interest instead of feeding her pocket. That speaks volume and shows she cares about her customer. We have THE BEST ANNIVERSARY!!! And the things I thought we needed to add, we did not need them at all. Now I am working with Deborah again to plan my daughter's graduation cruise. Deborah has gained a forever customer.
Deborah is Awesome! My husband and I just came back from our 1st cruise we flew to Venice Italy then took a cruise through Greece and Dubrovnik Croatia. Deborah came to our home and set everything up for us and called frequently including a couple days before we left to make sure we had everything and answered all of our questions. She made this such an easy process for us our trip was far beyond what we expected. I have so many people asking about who helped us with this vacation because they'd seen our pics on Facebook and I've been pointing them all to Deb n Air. We haven't even been home more than a week but we're making arrangements to have Deborah set up our next trip we couldn't do this without her professional skills she is very knowledgeable.
