We order a watch for my son from Zumiez. When it finally arrived at our house, it was the wrong watch. We took it to the store in the mall and explained what happened. Burke, the manager, immediately picked up the phone to fix the problem, but she couldn’t reach anyone so we left with a promise that we would hear from her as soon as she heard something. She called about an hour later to tell us that she had located the watch we wanted after calling 10 stores(!) and that it would arrive overnight mail. All of this for an 11 year old boy and a $25 watch!! They have a customer for life!
