Like a big builder, careless about details. Takes them an eternity to fix something
Poor communication and lack of timely response to issues that could have easily been taken care of and that we were assured would be handled and were included in our warranty. Stay away!
Beautiful Homes, Great Floor Plans
Horrible at communicating. Bought a new house and they stashed all their left over shingles, roofing paper, wood, etc. in our bushes. When confronted about it they said it would be cleaned up and yet has it been. Not to mention when buying the house we commented on all the pain that was all over the floor, again they said it would be cleaned up... never has been. Driving past their other houses we have seen workers smoking inside and messes left everywhere. Today I found them dumping their left over cement on my property, the driver surprisingly told me this is where they told him to dump. Cute house though lol bad supervisor.
