We purchased our home from A. Sydes Construction, Inc. in 2015. This being the second new construction home we have owned, we were little weary of how their process would be compared to our first build. The people at Sydes were extremely helpful and made everything painless for us. They had all of the selection right their in their office. Even most of the upgrades where available to see that same day. They made all the changes I wanted to the floor plan in every little time, so that our home could be done on scheduled. The office staff was very friendly and answered all the questions we had in a timely meaner. They made the whole process smooth and simple. I would highly recommend building with Sydes or any of it's subsidiaries to anyone looking for a great house at a great price.

We bought our house two years ago. It looks beautiful but was built poorly. Doors are crooked and badly sealed, wall seams are visible and sticking out, and worse our roof leaks. Little follow through on service. I have emailed them twice and never got a response and called about the roof and they never came and fixed the roof. All of these items where reported within one year of living there.
We are in the process of building our 2nd home with A.Sydes! They have been so helpful, from changing the floor plan several times, (I couldn't make up my mind of exactly what I wanted) adding a closet here and making a room bigger, whatever I asked them to do, they were more than accommodating. Entire staff are amazing to work with and always call me back within 24 hours! I knew this was going to be a long process when we decided to build our forever home, but the personnel from this company have made it much more enjoyable, we still have a while to go, but I have no doubt that thy will be with me every step of the way! Love them all!!
