We needed a flatbed tow locally. These guys were the most reasonable priced. I can not tell you how friendly they were. We had a young man who helped us out. All around good folks.... Doesn't hurt that they actually live down the road from me either.
I just had my car towed by Daves Towing due to a flat tire.. fast service, informative & professional dispatcher and technician, and best price out of the 3 other companies I called. The tech was really friendly and even recommended a place where I could find a quality used tire. He also guided me and helped me park my car when I got home because the tire came completely off the rim... I would definitely use them again if needed, and would recommend! Thank you!
I received a text from them with an ETA of 12:17pm for the tow truck. At 12:27 I called to see where the truck was. The dispatcher told me the driver was stuck in traffic and would be at my location in 30 minutes. Driver showed up at 1:35pm. I had to make the effort to find out they were going to be late. Never received an update from dispatcher. If I had been pressed for time I would have been mad, but when the driver arrived he was professional and quick to get my car to the repair shop safely.
I got got my truck towed by these guys cause usaa recommended them. They offered their garage to assist in the repair...they got me fixed the same day. I am so happy these guys picked me up. Recommend to all!! Best customer service ever.
called usaa for a tow....these guys where there in 20 min and got me to a great shop. 24 east auto. the whole scenerio was looking bad vut these guys came to the rescue. the driver was polite, made me feel safe, and quickly got me to a shop that repaired my car with in 2 hours. crisis averted....thank you Daves Towing for being there when i needed you.
