Awesome service! Brandon was the gentleman who helped me with making a key for my tailgate. Very knowledgeable in his skills and tackled the job well under 15 minutes made me two keys. Great quality service at a great price.
Great key making service, looked all around Jacksonville and they were the only place that has the best and greatest variety I’ve ever seen. Although I don’t know her name the woman that helped me was great, helpful and did the job in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to everyone.
I called a day ago assuming it was a 24/7 emergency service (thats what the site said) because me and my 9 month old got locked out of our car miles away from home in the cold. I am still waiting for them to call me back. Luckily I was able to call another locksmith who answered the phone right away and was at my location within minutes. I will not recommend this business.
Secured lock does good work at a reasonable price. My only complaint is they need to change their web page listed business hours to match what is posted on the front door of the shop.
