Job well done. I called early Saturday morning. We had someone to our house within several hours. Professional service was received from the initial phone call and when the service technician came to our home. We had a problem with water leaking around the bottom of the toilet. The issue was fixed. I thought water was still leaking and called the service technician again. He came to our house the second time and troubleshooted the issue and resolved the extra water was from the first repair. The service technician did not leave until he was sure we were satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone who has any plumbing problems. I will certainly call them again if I have any other problems. Thank you for the professional and wonderful service.
The main sewer line for my home had to be fully replaced. I called several plumbers to get a quote on the repair. I decided to go with the "Affordable" option, and I am so very happy that I did. These guys were professional. They came out the same day to assess the situation. Two days later they came out to dig up and replace the line. The following day after the main line had been inspected by the city they covered it back up. Using their professional service we saved thousands over the other quotes with no loss is the quality of service. I am very thankful for their help, and I would recommend them to anyone.

I had a water emergency and placed calls to three different plumbers in an attempt to resolve my issue quickly. Affordable Plumbing was the only one to answer the phone, and I had already left messages with the other two companies. I was told by Affordable Plumbing that they could be out later this evening. I had to repeat myself about 5 or 6 times with my address and phone number, all but yelling at points because whoever I was speaking with was somewhere loud but didn't ask me to speak up, he simply kept saying, "huh, what". Then I had to give street by street directions to my house. About 30 minutes after I spoke with Affordable Plumbing, one of the other companies called back saying they could be at my house in about 20 minutes. So I immediately called Affordable Plumbing back to let them know I had someone that could be to my house sooner and wouldn't require them coming out after all. Before I could finish my sentence about not needing them, the guy on the phone said, "Yea, okay" and hung up on me mid-sentence. Unacceptable customer service. Call someone else.
