Ken had great knowledge about installing a new garbage disposal and respected my wife and I. He allowed us the time to go to a Christmas luncheon at my former employer's office and called after the time we said we would be back home on Tuesday.
I had excellent service today provided by Ken the plumber. He definitely knew how to approach the problem and provided me with knowledge on what was going on thoroughly. If I ever have another issue, I’m choosing roto rooter of Jacksonville again.

Excellent service. I requested an appointment (for Friday, on Wednesday) online via the website, within 2 hours I received a call back telling me that a Technician was available that afternoon if I would prefer. Rick showed up promptly that afternoon and was great to work with. He was courteous and very professional. He replaced my hot water heater and answered all of my questions. He cleaned up very thoroughly prior to leaving. He really was pleasurable to deal with and ANY plumbing needs I have in the future will be done by Roto-Rooter. I am tired of leaving messages with other plumbers and not even getting a call back. I highly recommend Rick.
