The only groomer and boarding place I will return to (do business with). Thanks to my neighbor for recommending them otherwise I would have never notice this place! I love how Ruby's coat stays shining and soft after grooming. It has been over a week and she hasn't stink yet (she goes outside pretty often, even when it's wet outside)... :)

Employee still on site tried to keep my dog overnight & charge $65 instead of the normal $35. I admit I was late. There was a medical emergency. I am the caretaker & POA of a longtime friend. He was rushed to ER w life threatening medical problems. We have been taking our dog to this groomer for many yrs. The employee I spoke to was extremely rude to me. In fact down right nasty & hateful. I was already an emotional wreck. In one move he lost our business for good & I will tell everyone not to go here. I understand they work long hard hours as do I. But there ARE exceptions to every rule. I believe this was one of those times. He was still there. ALL HE HAD TO DO WAS Open THE DOOR & Get My dog. Which he finally did after I called the police.
We love Town and Country! We have been taking our Maltese here for groomings for 10 years. We drive 2 hours from Raleigh just to get her groomed here. Our dog has a few medical concerns and Rebecca is always so patient and gentle with our dog. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a grooming facility.
