The first time I came here, it was a last minute decision for a larger order and a very nice older lady helped me out. I came back because of the customer service I received and they seemed appreciative of the business I was bringing them. The second time I came here, I will never return. A younger lady with glasses was extremely rude, told me I really needed to call ahead and acted like I was bothering her. Not sure what I could have been bothering her from as I was the only customer in the store. Customer service is important especially with so many options out there now. I will not return.
I can't say enough about the professionalism of this place! From taking the order, to check out, they were patient, understanding, and wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome!
I have to say, if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Not only was the cake delicious the service was absolutely amazing! They even stayed open an extra 5 minutes after closing to help me out because the weather was deteriorating. This has been the third year in a row that we've ordered cake at this location and it has yet to disappoint. Keep it up and we'll keep coming back. Thank you again.
My wife had our wedding cake made here. It was both good to look at and good to eat! I'm excited to eat the top half on our 1 year anniversary. My wife is HUGE on customer service, she said the owner was extremely pleasant and worked with her to make her idea a reality.
Went in to get a custom cake for child's birthday. Employee acted as if I was bothering her by being there, I waited a while for her to come to front to place an order, as she knew I was standing there, she didn't seem busy with much and no one else was there but myself. My issue was whenever I asked if she could make a specific cake, instead of asking what kind and when I would need it she says yes we make custom cakes but they start each item is 25$ and the cakes start at 300. I said ok...well here's what I need...instead of listening to what I was asking for she says that's going to cost about 600 (I felt uncomfortable even talking at this point) because instead of asking details on the cake she just kept going back to that's going to cost you too much. The whole convo seemed as if she didn't think I could afford it so didn't even place an order for me, she barely listened to me so I gave up and said well I'll find somewhere else to go. Thanks for listening and walked out.
