My fiance passed away 5 weeks before the wedding. Because of these circumstances ever one returned deposits, even bridal stores returned the money for dresses to my sisters . BUT This bakery refused to return the money to my mom. The bakery should not have made money off of our tragedy. Very poor way to do business.

Thank you for making a pumpkin pie on a couple hours notice. Was yummy and thank you very much.... We will be back, friendly service

Very disappointed that a refund wasn't issued due to a very tragic matter in which the cake order had to be cancled. Selfish and greedy persons are a terrible quality to portray. Especially in the business world. If customer service is a priority to keep a business successful, then a proper and respectful baker would simply do what is right, and not be an additional burden to an already sad situation. I truly hope they make proper decisions in the future, or this will decline their future business.

If you go to this bakery expecting fresh, home-made baked goods, you’ll be disappointed. The fruit-filled and savory croissants, danishes, cheesecake slices, and tiramisu slices arrive at the bakery frozen and are thawed and reheated as necessary. Likewise, if you order a fresh-baked pie for a holiday dinner, you will instead receive a frozen pie that has been thawed and baked, but the pie’s price will make you think it’s fresh baked. All the cupcakes and brownies are baked using generic cake and brownie mixes that are readily available at any local supermarket. If you place a cake order, regardless of the price, you will receive a cake baked with generic cake mix, and that even includes wedding cakes. So, if you’re looking for a bakery with fresh-baked items, you won’t find any here.

The gentlemen that was working was super nice and you can tell he loved his job. We got 6 cupcakes, some sugar skull cakes and a giant cookie and it was affordable and delicious omg
