Also, the staff doesn't automatically ask you about your rewards phone number/app on phone. And they act put out and bothered when you tell them you want to do that.
We just left herr and this was the cleanest food place i have ever seen. Even the bathrooms were clean. Of course the doughnuts were amazing as always. I can't remember the man's name who took our order but he was a staff manager. He was so friendly and helpful. Love places like this.
1. HOWEVER, Blueberry cake and apple fritters are so popular but they do not have them at this location for some reason...so some days we go to Dunkin Donuts for those instead of coming here.
1. Have always loved Krispy Kreme doughnuts and these are just as good.
I would have given them 5 stars, but I took one star away when my daughter asked for an iced vanilla latte and he fixed it without the whipped cream. When I asked about it he said they only add it if you ask for it...what??? If course we told him to add it. The other star was removed when my husband bit into his most favorite chocolate iced kreme filled doughnut only to find no kreme had been added. Needless to say he was the most dissappointed man alive at that moment. Maybe we will try this location again and all will be as it should be. Until then we will stay closer to home in Surf City for our doughnuts.

Worst attitude and customer service I have encountered in my 65 + years on this planet My Krispy Kreme gift card's magnetic strip never worked but they told me not to worry about it at the time because they could manually enter 16 digit number on card NOW my cheap ink stamped 16 digit number is wallet worn so they can no longer type in and lady at Jacksonville told me it was my problem! Are you kidding me! Now I am out money I had to give one star to write review Their customer service representative and supervisor I spoke to from number on card said there was nothing they could do? PLEASE DO NOT BUY Krispy Krene Thank-you,Charles Shade

2. This location is normally pretty busy, another employee during peak hours would be nice to avoid the wait...I've just driven by before when I see the line at the drive thru
I've been here several times now, mainly in the evening, and everything has been great, they've had a full selection, and the store has been clean and tidy. The staff have been warm and welcoming and great with kids. They have plenty of seating, and outdoor seating also.
