I've spent quite a few dollars at this establishment without any issues. I recently purchased a drawstring ponytail for $15.68, which is actually quite pricey for a drawstring ponytail, but going off of the picture on the package and the influence of the salesperson, I purchased it anyway. Long story short, the ponytail looked nothing like the picture on the package, and was of poor quality. They refused to exchange it even after I showed them the ponytail, and they agreed that it looked nothing like the one pictured on the package. So not to cause a scene, I left the ponytail with them (which they will probably try to resell it)and left the store. I will no longer shop there because I feel that being a loyal customer, the least that they could have done was exchange the ponytail....
