I always look forward to getting my hair cut here. This has been my place of choice since I moved to Jacksonville over three years ago. Cecilia is very friendly and does a great job cutting my hair every time. I have tricky edges in the back of my head, a large cowlick and nobody is able to get it right but Cecilia, thanks again! I can see why there's a lot of military coming in and out, it's so close to the base, pretty much right outside the gates. It's nice to be able to just walk in and get a clean cut. I highly recommend!!
I visited this establishment as I walk in and Veronica was the person who cut my hair. She did a great job ; exactly what I wanted without having to tell her very much at all. And as much as I like my new haircut I enjoyed our conversation just as much. Professional, friendly, and a great price. Thank you!

Got my kinky twist did by Veronica and it was the worst hair braiding experience I ever had. I noticed she wasn't braiding my hair tight enough so I made a comment about how she need to braid them tighter or they would come out, she told me she doestnt to tight braids and that they would be perfectly fine. I sat in that chair for 7 hours after being originally told it would only take 3 hours to do. Then end result was messy, spacious, and loose braids that started to fall out with in a day, not even kidding. She also burned the end out the twist, I should've knew to get up and walk out at that point but I didn't, she even screwed up on the curling part. I 100% don't recommend this place for hair braiding at all.
