My husband got me a 125$ gift card for here. They did a miracle!! My hair looked exactly like the picture I showed Liezel. & I'm not kidding when I say EXACTLY. That is so hard to achieve and she mastered it. I recommend this salon. Also, my gift card covered everything for my cut and color
Maya was my stylist. Showed her a picture of what I wanted, but the end result was terrible. Took four hours to cut my hair and do light highlights. Each step, I waited for a while. A family of three, had their hair cut and was done before me. 3 stylists touched my hair. She was doing my hair, and another lady's hair.
Love that they allow walk-ins! I came in feeling a little nervous about trying a new place but I'm so glad I chose this salon! The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The lady I had was so sweet and very thorough and she made sure I liked my hair. She took her time and didn't rush through any part of the haircut. I love how my hair turned out and would definitely recommend them
Worst experience, won't be going back for any future cuts.
I scheduled an appointment a few months ago and it went well. I said I wanted shorter in the back longer in the front. The first gentleman that did my hair made it clear he wasn’t comfortable doing it but he did take his time, listened to me, and tried. He actually confronted me and said he wasn’t able to do it because he didn’t want to mess it up. Which I felt more respect in him not finishing than him trying and messing it up. What he did showed me that he truely cares about his clients and how they feel. He gave me the confidence to continuously go back to this salon. Someone else of course had to finish my hair cut but I was okay with that. I won’t go anywhere else.
I originally made an appointment with Pam. But another hairdresser took me instead. Pam was there during my appointment and didn’t even had the decency to at least tell me why she couldn’t take me. Moreover, she then started to do her daughter’ hair. Not to mention I had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the hairdresser that I didn’t book. (She was ok, but she was not who I booked my appointment with). In addition, I was told to retune the next day preferably first thing in the morning (0900) to perfect my toner. I showed up at 0900 waited for 30 minutes, left, returned at 1000 and I’ve been waiting for another 30 minutes ( time that I’m taking to write this review) I’ve been calling, I sent them an email and still no response.
I'll be going back to request a refund or for someone with more experience to cut my hair.
Wanted to walk out.
The left side looks choppy and the right isn't so bad.
