Although pricey at times, this store is always clean and organized. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of specialty items can be found in this store. The store is usually very calm and easy to navigate, except holidays!
I wanted a "husband pillow" and they had a decent selection for prices that were reasonable once a 20% internet coupon was applied. If you want neutral armed-pillows, come here. If you want zebra/other animal print, go next door to Ross.
Small store and small selections. The area is to blame. Houston and other big cities where people have more money to spend are where stores like BB&B thrive. Great staff, but the selection is slim.
I have been to many of these stores in the past. This one was definitely not one of my favorites.
