They have a great selection of coats, but not enough variety of sizes, and not enough mirrors!
Won't be going back. A manager checked us out and he was rude, unfriendly, and very uncomfortable to deal with. Then as I'm walking out carrying my daughter and the one thing we bought, a huge rabbit pillow another employee starting yelling after us. We had already made it outside the door so I turn around and come back in while she's yelling "did you pay for that" making an embarrassing scene. She had literally been standing barely 10 feet away while I checked out. The manager who rang us up just watched this whole ordeal and said nothing. So I walk back in and told her I did pay and she was still loudly asking me over and over like she hadn't even heard my response. So I sit my daughter down on the bench and grab my wallet out of the diaper bag telling her I have the receipt. She changes her attitude and says she doesn't want to see it. I told her I was completely uncomfortable with this and that I wanted her to see the receipt after the scene she caused. So I show her the receipt and said she needed to control herself instead of yelling at a woman with a 13 month old who was now crying because the yelling had scared her.
Good variety of items from clothing and shoes to housewears. The lines can be a bit long.
Thank you & God Bless,
The main reason that I didn't give 5 stars is that they don't have electric carts, wheelchairs, or seats anywhere for the handicapped.
My husband & I w/ my daughter went to this store today as my husband tore the back of his pants getting out of our vehicle. We walked in to buy some pants for him to change into so we could continue with our day. We spent 15-20 minutes inside browsing clothing, shoes, etc. as we intended on making it quick so we could go eat as my husband was diabetic, it took longer than expected. Unfortunately his sugar dropped pretty quick and he became disoriented and dizzy. He had put on the pants and proceeded to pay for them at the register, the lady at the register told him he would have to go back and take them off so she could ring them up and take off the security tag. He told her he was diabetic and that his sugar was extremely low and was starting to jerk from a possible seizure with his sugar being so low. She insisted on him taking them off, I spoke up and told her was there somewhere he could sit to eat a snack to get his sugar back up and she told us he could sit in the shoes department as they have chairs there where people try on shoes. I was panicking and looking around for some help & saw a nice man (his name was Devin) standing at the other register and walked to him & told him my husbands diabetic and he's very low and is going to fall if he doesn't get somewhere to sit. He instantly came from behind the counter, grabbed My husbands arm and helped him walk to the front bench where people come in/out of the store, (Keep in mind I am panicking & he still had on pants we didn't pay for yet & a drink I had grabbed for him) I let him know I will pay for the pants and the drink after we got him seated. He told me he understood and that my husbands safety was first. After we got him to the bench to sit, Devin said he would be right back but asked if we needed anything at all or if a ambulance was needed. He came back with a handheld to take off the security tag and we grabbed the tag and the drink & I went to pay for the items. He was soo nice & professional the entire time and kept checking on us as time went by. Another lady, I believe she was loss prevention also came and asked if we needed anything. Just thought to share the experience we had today and how much of GREAT help Devin was the entire time. If it wasn't for him by husband would have busted his head if he would have fell. Diabetes is something not everyone knows about but it's something to take very seriously if someone is hypoglycemia.
I LOVE shopping here. So many different things to buy from coats to decor to toys and clothes/shoes/accessories for everybody in your household! Its where I do ALL of my Christmas shopping at.
