I love this place. The staff is so nice and friendly. I had so much fun taking my pics.
We had a great experience and have the perfect pictures. Our family photo shoot not only captured some fabulous personalities but gave of a day to look back on and remember all of the funny things that happened during the shoot. When i look at our pictures i don't just see a photo. I see a memory of a story.
Not only was the staff extremely helpful and professional for our photos, they were absolutely wonderful with my "energetic" two year old - will be a repeat customer!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was sent pictures with a poor attempt at photoshop or just pictures with our bodies cropped out. The customer service was rude and didn't care about our pictures once they got the money. Anywhere else would have better quality and pricing.
We got our Marine Corps Ball picture (to also mention it was also my husband's last Marine Corps Birthday Ball before retiring) done with Michele Parsley on Nov. 11, 2017 and was told due to our large party, they would have to edit it at the studio so the background would extend to everyone in our party and they would mail us the edited corrected picture on a disc that we purchased. It has been over a month now with numerous attempts on her business page and phone for a response and she seems to be dodging our messages. Nothing has been resolved to this date, Dec.14, 2017. Definitely a hit a run experience for us. We purchased a product from her that was suppose to capture the memory of my husband's last ball with our family that we now can not use and to add to that, the lack of customer service and care.
