Horrible service! I placed an order for my Mom's 50th birthday. I made sure they had an address to her work. They said it would be no problem and I even double checked in the afternoon to make sure it had been sent out. Apparently it was, but it was never delivered. My mom never received the order. I never received a phone call with any issues nor did she! There was no apology issued. It was basically "Oh don't worry, we'll send it out again we couldn't find the building." No phone call?! And forget sending it to her house now in the evening. She's wasn't even going to be home- It's her birthday for crying out loud. Yeah maybe if I paid like $30 I would consider it. For me paying $70 (55 for the actual product and I'm assuming 15 for the "service"/delivery), that was no worth it all. I will never use this company again.
Last week we went into the local store because my daughter picked Edible Arragements as an establishment to do her project on for her business class (7th grade) John was very knowledgeable he answered all her questions Saturday we played placed an order to be delivered to her class on Monday A very special thank you to the delivery driver for coming in early to make her project possible a big kudos to the entire staff at Edible Arrangements

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Every time I've ordered here, the arrangements have always looked really lovely. The owner, John, is really nice as well. Friendly customer service with a smile. Their smoothies are always really fresh and delicious
Even with a 30% off coupon, the total for 12 chocolate covered strawberries ended up being $46.00 with delivery. I wanted a message attached which was to state "Happy Birthday, Jess. From Jericho, Falon, and Micah. Instead, the message reads "Happy Birthday, Jeff. From Jericho, Salom, and Micah". Jeff? SALOM?? IS THAT EMPLOYEE REALLY THAT INCOMPETENT THAT SHE CAN'T EVEN SPELL A NAME CORRECTLY, EVEN AFTER THE CORRECT SPELLING WAS GIVEN TO HER MULTIPLE TIMES, UPON HER REQUEST? It's this level of stupidity which makes me lose even more faith in humanity. At this rate, our country is doomed.
