Even though I have moved to another state they are always able to help me when ever I call not knowing exactly what I want. They have always been able to but something together that is way better than what my imagination can come up with.
If you call or visit ask for Wanda, Gerry or Racheal, they have been there forever and will treat you like family.
They also have a ton of gifts items, nice stuff, not the department store crap. I can always find that gift for my impossible to bye for person. Aka: Mom & Dad :*
I needed an arrangement at the last minute for a funeral. I only found 2 flower shops in Jacksonville, open after 5pm. I called this florist 15 minutes before closing time and received excellent customer service. The flowers were guaranteed for next morning delivery. I was unable to view the completed arrangement but I ordered a dish garden a reasonable price. Most florist don't offer a price range for their dish gardens but this place does which I appreciated. I order flowers for our church so this is a routine process for me and this was one of my best experiences. Quick, easy, helpful. Would recommend and would use again.
Great that they got a simple wrapped bouquet together while I waited. However, roses were blown open and within an hour looked almost dead. Let's hope they make it a few more hours.
I have used Flowers on the Move for years. They are a REAL shop not an on-line made up calling center. They have always been helpful and friendly and even though I like to order unusual flowers they have always been able to get me exactly what I want. My teenage daughter loves their roses, she likes the 2 color ones and they always last a long time.
I asked for a specific look of bouquet with no knowledge of flowers. The lady in the shop explained how it could be arranged and I agreed to her suggestion. The bouquet looked great! Natural flowers were tweaked to look the way I wanted BEAUTIFULLY! They were delivered without delay or trouble.
My son is in the Marines and wanted to send some flowers to his wife back home and asked me to help him. His wife loves Tiffany & Co, so when I called the florist she helped me create an arrangement with the T&CO Blue color. She went out of her way to help me and suggested dying 2 dozen carnations and arrange them in a blue vase. They were delivered the same day. She went above and beyond my expectations!!! Thanks for supporting our Troops and Family members!!!!
