Excellent service. I had to drive from Greenville to Jacksonville for a funeral at 12 noon and needed a flower arrangement sent to the funeral home. I googled florist in Jacksonville and this Florist came up along with some others but I'm glad I chose this one. Called the flower shop at 9am told the owner what exactly what I wanted and she made it happen. Flowers arrived to the funeral home before the service, and I was very pleased with the arrangement. Wow! The most AMAZING people I have ever known. My brother passed away and we were very emotional. The owner, Lynda and her employee comforted us and made us feel like family. They were able to personalize arrangements the way we wanted and at the last minute. My friends that also ordered/visited the store said the same thing.

My daughter wanted succulents in her corsage and her dates boutonniere for prom. After going to different florists around town, we realized that no one had them and she was going to have to settle for regular flowers. Which, although they are beautiful they are not what she wanted. Upon arriving at Forget-Me-Not Flowers and Gifts we were told that they too did not have succulents. The lady then told me that if we wanted to purchase some small succulents she would be glad to make them for her though. My daughter was ecstatic! She went and picked out the succulents she wanted that day and returned with them to Forget-Me-Not. Her corsage and boutonniere were ready the morning of her prom and looked exactly like she wanted them to. Thank you for listening to your customer and working with them. You made my daughter very happy!
