I called to get an estimate on my move. The man that answered the phone said he would give my name and number to the lady that does their estimates, and she should call back that day or the next morning. I waited until noon the next day and called back. He said he didn't understand why she didn't return the call, but he would put another note on her desk reminding her to call for the estimate. It's been two days and still no call. Guess they really didn't need that $7,000.
These giys are true pros. From the pre move walk through, packing, and load out I have had zero complaints. The employees are all professional and skilled at their jobs. I would recommend this company to other military families.
