The two men who helped move my stuff were very nice and polite. They loaded and unloaded my furniture without damaging it; very professional. However that is the only nice thing I have to say. I spoke to David Humphrey, the day before, who assured me the charge would be $100 per hour. They got to my home at 8:50 and we were at their office filling out the paperwork by 9:50. It didn't even take an hour and they charged me for an hour and a half. Needless to say I'm not at all happy.
HR is very rude. If you are going to work with the public, then you need a better attitude or find yourself another job!!!
Very informative and helpful even with kids running around. They staid focused, worked quickly and had a positive attitude.

If I could give 0 starts that would not be low enough. They are thieves, and stole all of my wife's jewelry, we even had it in a separate room they were told to stay out of. I was wondering why one of them needed to leave so urgently in the middle of the day. Also, the crew leader they sent was the slowest human I have ever seen. He admitted he was going to pack slow in order the extend the packing into a second day. If you are in the military and they assign this company for your PCS. STOP. Get another company. They are a sad excuse for a business. And frankly, the only reason they are in business is because they keep getting contracted by the govt.
