Tanks are ALWAYS in pristine condition, staff are knowledgeable and so very kind every time we visit. Great selection and everything always looks great. We happily drive from Havelock to give them our business!
Impressed by the look inside, but a long sad list of really bad advice given really put me off. So I bought an entire set up here and asked a few questions then stood back to be impressed. One male seemed there knowledgeable, but the other Caleb (sp?) was awful. The list of wrongs include: 1. I do not need a heater for tropical fish 2. Cardinal Tetras don't care about PH levels 3. No need to rinse out new gravel. 4. After buying the tank he then sold me a background that doesn't fit the tank. I really wanted to like this place, be loyal...or maybe I just avoid that employee.
Met Mike very good info even kept me from buying my algae eater till the aquarium was more established. Just sold what I needed. Highly recommended
This place is amazing. The staff is very knowledgeable about the fish and tank set ups. Rick the science teacher just rocks my daughter adores the man and he always has a quick lesson for her about something when we come in. They can always answer our questions and never try to push anything on us that we are not looking for. And our fish are doing awesome
