Prices on the baked items at which I was there for, was a bit expensive. Anytime you're buying anything like that, in my mind, is expected to be a bit expensive. It wasn't outrageously expensive that I would definitely go back for special occasions and get some more for my puppies.

The person I encountered with the two times I have been, I believed was the owner. She was rude and acted as if I was wasting her time. Definetly will not go back and not recommend to anyone.

Well i am new round town. And looked and read reviews of many dog groomers for my Shih Tzu. Like others despite the bad reviews i decided to go here. My dog dont like vets (and he feels any place thats not home or family is vets office) so he was shy going in. And meeting strangers. They greeted him well and tried many ways to make him comfy just i n the lobby. He wasnt having it still.
My husband and I went for the second time today and unfortunately I’ve had to edit my review.. The lady at the counter was very very rude. She seemed to be the owner. She didn’t greet us or anything and when my husband tried to give back the pen after signing, she didn’t say a single thing and just waved her hand to “signal” him that she didn’t want it. Definitely not a way to run a business.
I cannot say from personal experience about the grooming but while I was in there, there was a lady with a Yorkie that seemed to be a regular. I don't think anyone would bring their dog back to a place that has fleas or treat their dog poorly.
Mentioned in some of the reviews, I was a bit worried about customer service. But soon as we walked in, although the cashier was with another customer, she still greeted us. Even during checkout she was very friendly and not at all showed any bad customer service.

Cute little pet boutique in Jacksonville. They are the only place in the area that sells some of the higher quality dog foods, which is why I go there. They are a little on the expensive side, but not too overly priced...at least for some things! It has always been hot inside the store though...idk if they have issues with the AC unit or if they just keep the temperature higher than normal, but for that reason I can't take my dog there, because he's an English Bulldog and they can't deal with hot temps. Other than that, employee's are always friendly and willing to help with any questions or concerns you may have!
Despite the bad reviews on Google, I decided to go today to get my fur baby his birthday cake from here. All the reviews were 9+ months old so I didn't think the reviews were going to be too accurate.

So when it comes to the groom and my pick up i barely recognized my baby as he ran thru the door. He was so cute like a lil teddy bear. She Sat and talked to me before and after about his 1st visit. We will definitely keep this groomer here. He wasnt at all scared of them any more. The girls was friendly as well.
One of the groomers didnt look as enthusiastic to groom the animals. My dogs felt it as well. And she didnt even finish one of my dogs paws. Finished the back 2 , half way did one.
