The older woman with dark and grey hair and Jersey accent is awful and so rude. She has never been polite on the few trips I've made to the store. And every time I've gone I've bought reptile food; so I wasn't there just to touch animals. I really think she should be fired or at least not allowed to deal with customers. She loves finding a way to make a mean comment. Also the reptiles are kept in critter keepers inside their display cages.. And last time I was there they had a Uromastyx in bird seed??
I bought my chihuaha here 3 years ago. He was healthy and perfect and still is! I was recommended great quality food. I have papers saying he is a pure bred, but he looks and acts so much like he is mixed with jack russel. I love my dog too much to care. My experience was great in adopting my first dog, but the idea that i may have supported puppy mill sales makes me uneasy. I was naive then. I wont buy a dog from them again, even though I am lucky my dog is healthy. Since then, I have bought 2 beautiful betas there. My first one lasted 2 years without a heater. My most recent one is even more beautiful. The staff here is moody/questionable. Sometimes they've been helpful, sometimes not. The younger girls that come and go seem to be the most pleasant. Ultimately, what keeps me coming back for business is the quality and price of their product. I say definitely worth a go!
We bought both of our Labs from this store in 2004 and were blessed to have 13 years with them. They were perfect and made our family complete and never had any issues. Thank you so much for connecting us with our girls!
All the "A Google User" accounts are paid off for the 5 star reviews which shouldn't be allowed.. If you look at their review history, it's all 5 stars for businesses who paid for the reviews to help pad their ratings. That's how desperate they are to make themselves look better. I think it is a reportable offense.
Animals are so overpriced I’m surprised they even get adopted. They wanted almost a grand for a dog that was cute but wasn’t purebred so there was no reason to pay that much. The main focus should be about finding good homes or these animals so why isn’t it
We went there to get rats and crickets for our reptiles. When we went to the reptile section, the guy working back there wouldn't even acknowledge us (we waited 10 mins.) Then we went up front to tell them we needed assistance, and she said "(previous worker's name) should be back there working; he can get them for you." My family and I go back to the reptile section, and this guy is still ain't even given us a "hey, how you doing" or anything. My sister-in-law walks to the guys working with the fish and says "hey, we need rats and crickets, and nobody will help us; can you?" It took a 30 minute process just to get one rat and a dozen crickets. Not to mention they charge way to much on everything.
