My pup loves coming to Banfield and I couldn't be happier with the puppy wellness plan that she is on! Stormy is always happy when she goes to the vet here and loves all the doctors and nurses!! :D
Would give a zero if I could. They send me home with medication for my dogs that isn't right and doesn't fix the problem. They are giving me the biggest run around to get out of the wellness plans that aren't even helping my dogs. I am very disappointed with the services rendered from this facility. I would not recommend this to anyone.
We have been going to a local veterinarian and been happy, however, because we move regularly, we had heard it might be something to consider having the Banfield plan since they maintain their records where ever we go. My concern was the level of care. I read the reviews and decided to give it a try. I am very glad I did. The technicians were so caring with my pet, and the Doctor was just as amazing. They resolved his ear infection, gave us several options in terms of flea/tick treatment (went with a six-month shot, how convenient), and we are scheduled for the teeth cleaning this weekend, which includes the anesthesia. The amount we paid for the extra treatment and medications for the first visit was equal to what the office visit would have cost at our old vet, so we are definitely saving money. I'm very, very happy thus far.
Absolutely horrid. They will try to push you into paying for services and purchasing things that are not necessary. Also, the veterinarian was in and out in two minutes. She spoke mostly to the assistant and never directly answered any questions we asked.
I like my doctors at banfield, but the receptionist ladies suck. Everytime I call I am on hold for 20 minutes or more and when you arrive they make you wait forever before they notice you are there because they are talking to other employees. Honestly I wouldn't give the doctor 5 stars and the receptionists 1 star.
