Horrible customer service and zero compassion. New to the area and because I called at 4pm Friday afternoon about my possibly dying elderly cat, her response was "I can see her on Monday." First place I called when I came home from work to find her in this condition.
Great staff, great "kitty Hotel". Looking forward to our next stay. They offer other services just for "kitty"
Just called here to see how much it would be to get my cat spayed. They want a total of $440 dollars just to spay a cat. One cat.
I have been taking my cats to Coastal Cat Clinic for the last 7-8 years and have always found Dr. Smith and her staff to be wonderful! They have seen me through many a feline medical "emergency" and were there for me when I had to make the hard decision to put one of my cats down. I highly recommend Dr. Smith & Coastal Cat Clinic! She and her staff are compassionate, knowledgeable, and take wonderful care of of my cats! In my experience their fees are very reasonable, they are very good about getting me in at the last minute, and Dr. Smith always takes her time with me; I never feel like she is rushing to get to her next appointment. I promise Dr. Smith and her staff will love your kitties a much as you do!!
I am thrilled with the care my cats receive when coming to Coastal Cat Clinic; Dr. Smith and the techs are great with cats and even my grumpiest feline doesn't seem to mind being there (and she's not the most social cat).
