I loved this doctor at first until my son who is a month old needed to be seen I called and was told to go to their urgent care however when I got there they turned me away because he was not yet 3 months old. So I left and went to a different urgent care except they wouldn't see my son because he goes to jcmc they have a rule where other urgent cares can't see you because they have their own. I'm beyond furious and now sitting in the ER to have a rash on my sons face looked at
They only got one star because it made me click one star. JCMC called CPS on my family because of a prescription that was given to my wife that she told them about and they didn't put it in her record, so when she tested positive for it they called CPS instead of confirming with the specialists that gave my wife the script. It created 30 days unnecessary stress on my family and violated our civil rights by giving out her medical information to cps without consent or just cause. I will be pursuing this in the future via the legal system. I recommend that nobody go here.
The absolute worst doctor's office i've ever been to in my entire life! My son has been going there for a year now and has to be seen once a month for his disabilities and every single month we have had a problem! I get a call every month maybe 2 days before his appointment for them to tell me that the doctor will not be there so THEY RESHEDULED ME as if I don't have a job or anything else to do. They've never touched him once since he's been going there and then there's the telephone hold times. Evertime you call in, you will sit in hold for at least 20 minutes just for them to pick up the phone and say "Thanks for calling, could you hold please" and then sit on hold for 20-30 more minutes. I am so fed up with this place and hope that I can find another doctor for my child so that we never have to go here again!
I can't say enough things about Dr. Mitall. He is such a kindhearted doctor and handles and cares for my baby like he would his own. There is never a doubt when I leave JCMC. I don't have any bad things to say about any of the doctors there but he is my personal favorite!
I've read all the reviews and I have to say I'm kinda surprised ive never had any problems as a matter of fact the PA I see is the only person to truly look into the things I told her were ailing me. I never have to wait long for my scheduled appointments and they always address all of my concerns. My child goes to the children's clinic and again nothing but praise for them there as well
