Great Experience!! I'm new to town and Matt's was referred to me by a friend. I made an appointment and they got me in on time for my oil change and state inspection. They recommended I replace my timing belt sooner rather than later due to mileage. (I had no idea what a timing belt was). So, while I was waiting for my car to be completed I googled it. Sure enough, It was exactly how it was explained to me by the staff. They put me into a Loaner Car that day while the timing belt was replaced, which wasn't expected but definitely made it easier! Next day my car was ready! GREAT , GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

#1 ;They had my truck for 2 weeks. Claimed it was an easy fix. #2. Charged me $500 which I paid. Even though I had to constantly contact Robert to see what the status was on his progress with my truck. 2 weeks later I pick my truck up with no receipt for what I paid not to mention what he had done and in the end I still have to take it to a Dodge dealership for more work and more money. When I picked.my truck up.it was.still doing the exact same.thing it was when I dropped it off to Robert. Don't do business with them take qualified shop capable of doing simple repairs .
Honest! And that is what counts.
