So apparently when you resign the right way they fire you... I put in my two weeks notice due to family reasons next thing I know my tl walked me to the om and they fired me... Said that they didn't feel I would do my best because they know I am leaving. For that I would not have turn in the information or anything.... So not fair neither right then the tl (Dan) said I betcha didn't see that coming.... I am pissed!!!!!
Pay needs to match the duties of the job. Convergys needs to increase wages in all locations
Convergys is a Great place to work and a nice environment. I been there for 2 years and have no complaints. Just like any work place may have its up and downs but for the most part convergys is a welcoming and great environment. Hope to see you there one day.
