Brought in two work jackets with broken zippers. I left with one jacket already fixed. The other jacket they replaced the whole zipper. They were tan military jackets and they even color matched.
I'd give it zero stars if I could. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience and would not recommend him to anyone. He held my dress for an entire month and didn't even fulfill what I was paying for, then didn't try to give me my money back or offer to fix it. He almost ruined my $450 dress, thankfully I took it else where and the lady was able to fix and add what I asked in only three days and it came out PERFECTLY. Oscar did not measure me, take into consideration my height, or make any markings on the dress when I had it on, due to that the dress didn't even fit after leaving here, I wouldn't be so upset if he at least offered to fix it, but he didn't. He simply told me there isn't much more he can do.
