Stopped at Oreilys the night before when it first turned on and they told me what the issue was (turbo issue) through the free diagnostics. Stopped at Blacks Tire to get the issue fixed. They told me the same issue, (turbo issue) and then proceeded to tell me they can't do anything with turbo issues. Told me to go to the dealership but charged me 60 dollars to tell me the exact same thing Oreilys told me for free the day before.
Blew my mind of full disappointment today.
I went to have my Jeep inspected, but ended up replacing some badly worn wiper blades. These guys are very easy-going, and the atmosphere is pleasant.
Went there because of a check engine light.
I came in 2 hours prior to close. They declined to service my vehicle. Service dependability is a weakness. I wanted to get brakes and an oil change.
I've gone to Blacks Tire for over three years now for all my oil changes and normal car maintenance but I will not be going back after this.
CONSUMER BEWARE!!! Waited over an for a ridiculously priced balance and rotation because the service tech took a smoke break every two minutes. Customer service is a thing of the past here. Never again!!
