Fortunately they did a great job fixing my car up especially since it built in 1995, I mean they had to go through multiple hoops to get it done, and THAT I am very very grateful for. They also removed the car dealership decal sticker which was on there for ages FOR FREE. Thanks a lot!
Employees here are not only knowledgeable, but very courteous and thorough. They take time to explain everything going on with your vehicle not only before and during your repair, but for us, has even helped after repairs were completed and we had our vehicle back home. Will definitely be utilizing this shop for all my car's body and mechanical repairs.
Sent my 2012 Honda Civic coupe to get the under body plastics replaced , customer service was excellent and everything was done correctly. But for future reference please make sure the person working on the car doesn't dirty it before returning. Even if i am paying out of pocket it shouldn't matter
Overall, they get the job done and well, but.. the manner in which they do it is a little.. controversial.
I have very mixed feelings about this place. There's something about the place that shows that they've been harassed by upset customers; I'm pretty sure it wasn't their fault though, but because of this I felt that they were wearing their "battle armor" when it came to talking to me. I wish they'd see that I wasn't the average customer, but anyhoo they did some things which really ticked me off. For one, after I had the vehicle damages assessed and certain car parts were removed, one of the appraisers lifted his knee up and put his shoe on my car like HE owned it. It's plainly rude to put your body part on another person's things in a manner which serves no purpose. Yes, he was going to fix it, and yes he did, but I was quick to correct him. Secondly, as I drove off with the fixed vehicle the AC began to fail. Turns out that the AC fan motor was bad as well. I'm not annoyed about that but when I looked under the hood I found a mustard packet from a nearby fast food restaurant chillin on one of the tubes leading to my engine. So this guy pretty much eats on top of my car--why else would there be food condiments near my engine?? Granted, I kept my cool because I needed that AC motor fixed and I wasn't going to encourage a sabotage ya know, especially, since they eat near or on top of my engine.
I can't tell you how satisfied I was with my repair. I'm not normally a person that would do this, but after reading the post from the other person I was compelled to defend this shop. I can't speak to that person's experience, but I've been relieved to find Lejeune to do my repairs the two unfortunate times I was involved in a collision. My dealings with them were pleasant and they were more than helpful in helping me take care of my claims from beginning to end. No insurance adjusters, and no running all over town to get several estimates. Great job guys keep up the good work.
From beginning to end, Lejeune Honda handled me and my car very well! They took care of everything! They answered every question I had, and let me see my car every step of the way. My repairs we completed in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good body shop.
