Had a small hiccup with my first visit but the owner contacted me after and offered to make it up to me. Super nice guy, with quality workers to back it up. Will definitely be going back
Told them I wanted a Diagnosis of a wiring issue. Cost $100. Told me it'd be done in an hour, if not they would call. Never happened. It took two days and two hours until I got a phone call, then they pressured me to pay $524 for issues that weren't real. I Said absolutely not, I'm paying $100 for the diagnosis. Then he said he would give me a discount to $300. Nope. Don't go here. Con artists.
Came in for a oil change and balancing. They had the fairest prices. They recognized a threatening issue that had occurred on a previous accident. Called us up and gave us a good deal and took care of us. Bryan and then guys at Mr. Tire are good in my book.
So this morning I go to Mr tire to get my brakes lubed because they are making that annoying sound when stopping. 2 months prior at Mr tire I was told that my brakes are good , just need lube but I didn't have the money for it then. So today a completely different guy at the front desk tries the give me a BS sandwich (a lie) by telling me that it is very common for brakes to make noise and that I need to replace my entire brake system... Mind you, I just walked in and no one has even checked my car, plus I still have the paper work from 2 months ago from Mr tire stating that my brakes are good when it got inspected. For that guy to tell me brakes making noise is very common and that even his own car makes noise just to get me to replace all my brakes and get more money off me was insulting. I can tell that he is one of those mechanics that take advantage of customers that know nothing about cars. Beware, I didn't cacth his name but he is Caucasian possibly in his late 40s with above average size ears. I don't like to put shade on anyone but this type of things need to stop and for that, mr tire is on my black list.
Great service! Mr. Brad and his crew were helpful, got me ready for my next visit and got me in and out in good time. I really appreciated the fact that they don't try to pressure you into getting anything else done. They talk with you and let you know what's going on and keep it moving! You decide if you want to go along with anything extra that may need attention. Definitely going back!! Thanks guys!!!
