Cons: Very expensive, especially when paying out of pocket. Say you've got a major dent and scratches on one panel. They'll want to repaint all the surrounding panels to ensure the new paint blends with the old. This turns a $600 job into a $2.4K job.
Also, when additional parts were needed that did not appear on the original estimate, Caliber Collision did not pass on the cost to me or my insurance company.
Definitely a shining star among the collision repair world. Kevin was instrumental in getting my car repaired and on the road in a timely many. They have such a professional atmosphere and have the customer's interests at heart. I would recommend and do business with them again in the future. Just got my car back from getting damages fixed and I just got to say what a great job they did! It doesn't even look like someone hit me! Not only did they do a great job on the outside but my car inside got cleaned and looks great(not that it was filthy). Last thing I got to say is from the moment I walked in door to the communication thru phone calls and picking up my car everyone there was absolutely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone!
I have been a regular customer for many years taking the government vehicles that I manage and also my personal vehicles. I will promise you that you will be satisfied if you use this body shop. All repairs that they have made for me all you could not tell where the damage was. This is a well shop run and John the Branch Manage will ensure that you are satisfied with the repairs. Your vehicle will look goo as new. I have used other local body shops and this one is the only one I recommend. I don't easily give good reviews unless they are deserving. Try this body shop and you will be glad you did.
